It has been said, “there is nothing like training in a group”. The social aspects of group training are well documented and here at UNSW Fitness and Aquatic Centre we offer over 70 classes on our timetable. Whatever your goals are we have a class to suit from Yoga and Pilates, to the more high energy Les Mills style classes of Body Attack and RPM.
Professionally trained instructors lead all classes who are all friendly and approachable.
If you are looking to improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength / endurance and flexibility come along and we will make you feel welcomed.
