Fitness Classes
  

It has been said, “there is nothing like training in a group”. The social aspects of group training are well documented and here at UNSW Fitness and Aquatic Centre we offer over 70 classes on our timetable. Whatever your goals are we have a class to suit from Yoga and Pilates,  to the more high energy Les Mills style classes of Body Attack and RPM.

Professionally trained instructors lead all classes who are all friendly and approachable.

If you are looking to improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength / endurance and flexibility come along and we will make you feel welcomed.

Our timetable is updated and reviewed periodically.

Fitness Class Reminder

  • You must bring a towel to your class.
  • Please do not take bags into the fitness class rooms, this will ensure the safety & comfort of other patrons. Please use the lockers provided.
  • Be on time - Once the warm up is completed (5 minutes after start of class) you will not be able to attend the class. There is no exceptions to this rule.
  • For RPM, AQUA, MRT and all classes in Multi Purpose Room 1 (MPR1) you must have obtained a token / pass from reception. Hold on to the pass until the instructor collects it.
  • Maximum numbers apply to classes so be early to secure your place.
